Additional Membership Massage and Facials Services – Members may purchase an unlimited number of additional services for their personal use at discounted rates.

Month to Month $79 Membership: No Long Term Commitment. To cancel your membership you must provide a 30 day written notice prior to your next payment, once approved you will be relieved from all future payments. You will have 60 days from cancellation date to use any rolled over services. In the case that a 30 day written notice was not provided and Herbal Spa was unable to collect a monthly payment, Herbal Spa reserves the right to freeze any unused services and/or cancel the said membership.

Memberships are non-transferable and non-refundable.

Members are required, per the Membership Agreement, to notify Herbal Spa in writing of any change in account information on file prior to the next electronic-funds-transfer (EFT) date. 

Age requirements for receiving spa services vary by state and local law. No person will be denied admission based upon race, religion or appearance. CHILDREN UNDER THE AGE OF 12 SHALL BE STRICTLY PROHIBITED FROM ENTERING THE SPA. No children under the age of 18 will be able to receive any service without the express written consent of their parent or guardian. For children 15 and under (or where required by state law), a parent or guardian MUST remain in the treatment room and for all minor children the parent must remain on premises during services.

As a client, you agree to follow the Spa rules and regulations. Herbal Spa retains the right to change the rules or pricing at any time and retains the right to refuse or discontinue service for any reason.
